12 Day Masai Mara and Tanzania Serengeti Safaris

Overview

Embark on an extraordinary East African adventure that takes you through some of the continent’s most iconic and wildlife-rich destinations. This safari offers front-row seats to the Great Migration, one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles, as millions of wildebeests and zebras traverse the savannah in search of fresh grazing.

Your journey begins in Kenya’s world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, where the drama of the migration unfolds across rolling plains. Here, you’ll encounter an abundance of predators—including lions, cheetahs, and leopards—as well as elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and a variety of plains game. A cultural visit to a traditional Maasai village offers insight into the customs, traditions, and daily life of this iconic pastoralist community.

Crossing into Tanzania, the adventure continues in the legendary Serengeti National Park. Known for its vast open plains and exceptional wildlife density, the Serengeti offers another opportunity to witness the Great Migration in action, alongside year-round sightings of lions, elephants, hyenas, giraffes, hippos, and countless other species.

The journey culminates in the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most unique wildlife sanctuaries on earth. This natural amphitheater is home to an astonishing concentration of wildlife, including black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, zebras, flamingos, and more—making game viewing here nothing short of spectacular.
